Introduction and production process of knitted fabrics

The knitted fabric is a fabric formed by bending a yarn into a loop by a knitting needle and slicing each other, and is divided into a knitted fabric and a weft knitted fabric. Knitted fabrics have the characteristics of soft texture, moisture absorption, perspiration and warmth, and most of them have excellent elasticity and extensibility. Compared with woven fabric, it has high output and is suitable for small batch production. Knitwear is comfortable to wear, fits fit, and has no restraint, which fully reflects the human body curve.
Production Process
There are four main aspects in the production of knitted fabrics: spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing.
1. Spinning: The process of processing all kinds of woven fabric into yarn.
2. Weaving: A fabric in which a knitting needle is formed into a looping machine so that the yarn is formed into a coil, and the coil is sleeved at a time.
3. Dyeing: The process of coloring a fiber material with a dye or pigment and giving it a certain degree of fastness.
4. Whole: The physical and chemical processing of the fingers can improve the appearance and internal quality of the fabric, improve the performance of the fabric or give it special functions.
